Course content

Also in the new age of AI, successful team collaboration still hinges on us humans. In this hands-on training, we’ll explore different levels, constraints and nuances of working as a group effectively by playing a computer puzzle game.

We will challenge each other by manipulating the rules of the game, thinking creatively and navigating complex scenarios. By drawing parallels to real-world team dynamics, you’ll learn how miscommunication, assumptions, and inflexibility can derail efforts, while creative problem-solving, careful listening to each other and sharing your knowledge leads to breakthroughs. Through interactive gameplay followed by short reflections, we’ll uncover insights into how we as a team approach problem-solving, adapt to changing constraints, and collaborate under pressure.

No matter where you come from and what you do in the world, you simply need to be curious about working smarter and more mindful in a team. This training gives you fresh perspectives from different angles, practical takeaways, and a portion of bravery for your professional life. Sometimes the best way to train for serious topics is to play a game together.

Spoiler: no algorithm or AI will swoop in, it’s all about team building and figuring out what to do to reach the next level.
